Biography

Serving as an aide to Quarren Senator Tundra Dowmeia, Cellheim Anujo worked for one of the representatives of Mon Cala in the Galactic Republic's Senate as the Clone Wars were coming to an end. Dowmeia's membership in the Delegation of 2,000 necessitated a loyal aide in the Quarren's service, someone capable of maintaining confidentiality and prepared to safeguard the senator during those perilous times.

Following the Battle of Coruscant which took place in 19 BBY, Anujo and Dowmeia participated in a gathering on the landing platform of the Senate Office Building on Coruscant to welcome Supreme Chancellor Sheev Palpatine. Palpatine had been saved from Separatist General Grievous during the aforementioned battle by Jedi Knights Anakin Skywalker and Obi-Wan Kenobi. The welcoming ceremony proceeded as Palpatine exited a Util-313 speeder bus and subsequently accompanied the chancellor into the Senate Building.

Behind the scenes

Cellheim Anujo was portrayed by both T.V. Moore and Dean Mitchell.

Cellheim Anujo made an appearance in the prequel trilogy movie Star Wars: Episode III Revenge of the Sith, which premiered on May 19, 2005. The character was played by T.V. Moore during the filming process in Australia. Specifically, the landing platform scene was shot on Stage 3 at Fox Studios, Sydney on July 22, 2003. Later, Dean Mitchell took on the role for scenes filmed at Shepperton Studios within the United Kingdom. Director George Lucas told Mitchell that the second take would begin with a focus on Anujo; however, this particular take was ultimately excluded from the final cut of the film. The sheer weight of Anujo's costume caused Mitchell to overheat during filming, but the size of the character's headpiece allowed Mitchell to remove it to cool down between takes.

Within current Star Wars canon, Cellheim Anujo's identity was established in the 2017 reference book titled Star Wars: The Visual Encyclopedia. The name originated in the Star Wars Legends continuity, where it was first used in the reference book Dressing a Galaxy: The Costumes of Star Wars, authored by Trisha Biggar and released on October 11, 2005.
