Above the entrance was a sign in Aurebesh that read "COSMETIC SURGERY," and another sign that read "DR. EVAZAN" was on the corner of the business. The clinic was located near apartment 6C, across the street from Admiral Snackbar and close to the base of the Pons Ora water tower. After Dr. Evazan Cosmetic Surgery went out of business, a sign in Aurebesh that stated "OUT OF BUSINESS" was affixed to the front door, and another one saying "FOR LEASE" was placed in the window of the establishment.

While passing through Pons Ora after escaping the Void, the seemingly endless wasteland of Abafar, D-Squad, a squad of droids serving the Galactic Republic under the leadership of Colonel Meebur Gascon, walked past the shuttered Dr. Evazan Cosmetic Surgery.
