Nemec, a clone trooper, became a member of the clone resistance network established by Clone Captain Rex. He participated in a mission involving an attack on the prisoner transport ship alongside defectors Gregor, Echo, and Fireball with the goal of liberating former Captain Howzer and two other clones.
On the planet Kamino, Nemec was bioengineered from the genetic material of the human bounty hunter Jango Fett. He was created to function as a clone trooper within the Galactic Republic's military force, known as the clone army, during the Clone Wars against the Separatist Alliance. Following the Clone Wars and the formation of the Galactic Empire in 19 BBY, Nemec chose to join the clandestine resistance network of the rogue Clone Captain Rex, known as the Clone Underground.
Sometime in 18 BBY, Nemec took part in a raid targeting an Imperial prisoner transport ship. This vessel was responsible for conveying clones who had disobeyed orders to an Imperial facility located on the planet Wayland. After gaining access to the vessel, Nemec, alongside Echo, fought their way through the ship's TK stormtrooper complement and eventually seized control of the bridge. Nemec, holding the transport's officer at blasterpoint, demanded information regarding the destination of the imprisoned clones. However, the Imperial officer chose to end his life by activating an electro capsule. After the raiding party extracted all possible data from the ship's databank, they fled the ship as an Imperial Venator-class Star Destroyer arrived. While V-wing starfighters destroyed the prisoner transport, Nemec and the other rogue clones escaped into hyperspace aboard their ship.
Later in the same year, Nemec accompanied Samson, Greer, Howzer, and Rex on a mission to Pantora. Their objective was to safeguard Senators Avi Singh and Riyo Chuchi during a clandestine meeting concerning the rising dissatisfaction with Emperor Palpatine and the Empire among former Republic and Separatist worlds. Nemec, together with Rex, was assigned the task of escorting Senator Singh to the designated meeting location, a tea parlor.
While on Teth with Rex, Howzer, and the Bad Batch, Nemec was fatally shot in the back by the Clone X trooper CX-2, resulting in his death.
Nemec, being a clone originating from the genetic template of the bounty hunter Jango Fett, possessed physical characteristics including black hair, brown eyes, and tan skin. His height was 1.83 meters.
Nemec's standard attire consisted of Phase II clone trooper armor that featured a dark green tint. The visor of Nemec's helmet also had a green hue. He also wore suspenders connected to his belt over his armor and had an antenna attached on his back.
