Siv, a female human from the Scyre clan, called the planet Parnassos her homeworld. She journeyed with Phasma, Torben, Carr, HF-0518, PT-2445, LE-2003, and Gosta to assist Brendol Hux in getting back to his ship after its crash on Parnassos. After Phasma and the First Order left her behind, Siv later gave birth to a daughter, whom she named Torbi. For approximately ten years, the mother and daughter resided within a Con Star facility, until Vi Moradi arrived on Parnassos, investigating Captain Phasma's background. Siv recounted her experiences to Moradi, which were subsequently conveyed to Captain Cardinal.
On Parnassos, Siv's birth occurred within the Scyre, a tribe known for dwelling amongst the rocks. Her mother instructed her in the art of extracting essence from dead beings using a detraxor; upon her mother's passing, Siv assumed the responsibility of crafting oracle salve from this essence. When Brendol Hux's ship suffered a crash, Siv joined the team tasked with escorting him back to it, hoping that the First Order would aid her people in return. While she was among the few who survived the mission, Phasma and Hux chose not to include her on his rescue vessel, contrary to expectations. As a result of their trek into the dead lands, she contracted radiation sickness, necessitating treatment at a medbay in Calliope Station, a Con Star facility. At the time, Siv was pregnant, either by Keldo or Torben, and worried that the radiation could affect her unborn child. Fortunately, the baby, later named Torbi, was born healthy. Siv and Torbi remained there for a decade (standard years), until Vi Moradi located them. Moradi promised to return swiftly; she was on an intelligence mission regarding Captain Phasma and could not transport them back to the Resistance on her single-seat starship. Four months later, Moradi fulfilled her pledge to Siv, returning to Parnassos to rescue them from Jagnar and his tribe. She then took them to Black Spire Outpost on Batuu. As they neared the planet, Siv openly wondered what she would do now that she no longer had to fight to survive, as she had done for most of her life. Vi assured her that she could do anything she wanted and also offered her the chance to join the Resistance.
