- Before the release of Star Wars: Episode IX The Rise of Skywalker, Ultimate Star Wars, New Edition stated that D-O was created by Babu Frik; however, Episode IX itself later disproved this. [6]
- The entry dedicated to Zare Leonis correctly identifies his homeworld as Uquine, but also inaccurately claims that he originated from a Core World. Conversely, in Servants of the Empire: Rebel in the Ranks, Leonis himself specifies that Uquine belongs to the Colonies.
- On page 17, it is written that Darth Sidious took Maul as an infant and raised Maul as his apprentice, but in the first issue of the comic, Darth Maul—Son of Dathomir 1, Maul is depicted as a young boy when Sidious discovered him. Similarly, in the short story, An Unwilling Apprentice, Maul is illustrated as a young boy at the time of his discovery by Sidious.
