He spoke in Huttese, threatening to sell the Mythrol's glands at the port and remarking on the sweetness of the Mythrol's musk due to his youth. During this, Din Djarin, a Mandalorian bounty hunter, arrived to collect a bounty on the Mythrol. The human, along with his two accomplices, confronted Djarin, falsely accusing him of spilling his drink. A brawl broke out, resulting in Djarin subduing all three antagonists.
In 9 ABY, this human male worked as a trawler on the frozen world of Pagodon. He, along with a Quarren and another human, harassed a young Mythrol within a public house in the settlement of Ferryman's Reach. The trawler, speaking in Huttese, suggested selling the Mythrol's glands at a nearby port, noting the sweetness of his musk. Even after the Mythrol offered his credits on the table, the human prepared to attack him with a knife, while the Quarren pulled him to his feet.
The Mandalorian bounty hunter Din Djarin's arrival interrupted their plans before they could harm the Mythrol. He noticed the spilled drink on the table, and the human claimed the Mandalorian had spilled it while approaching him at the counter, signaling his companions.
As the bartender translated his threats into Basic, the human continued to threaten Djarin. He then questioned if the armor Djarin wore was made of real beskar, as the other trawlers surrounded him. As the bartender slid another drink to the human, Djarin grabbed the cup and knocked them back, then slammed it into the other human trawler, knocking him out.
Djarin then slammed the Quarren's face into the counter. The human trawler then attempted to stab him with his knife. Djarin then grabbed his arm and redirected the blade into his back, incapacitating him. Djarin then caught the fleeing Quarren with his whipcord launcher and shot the entrance's controls, which promptly activated the door and sliced the trawler in half.
This human had light skin, a scar on the right side of his face, a bald head, and a dark brown beard. He was a speaker of Huttese. He dismissed the Mythrol's offer of credits, preferring the potential profit from the Mythrol's glands. Upon seeing Djarin, he used the spilled drink on the table as an excuse to threaten him.
This human carried a knife and wore a brown coat, brown pants, and black gloves.
The Alpha Trawler made his debut in the first episode of The Mandalorian, a Disney+ television series from 2019, which premiered on November 12, 2019. Credited as "Alpha Trawler," he was played by Tait Fletcher, who also portrayed Paz Vizsla in costume in Chapter 3: The Sin, which aired on November 22, 2019. Fletcher stated that he was unaware of his role as the trawler after his audition, but later received a call informing him that he had been cast.
