A father, who was a male being belonging to a non-human species, was the parent of the child known as Yesula. At a time no earlier than 227 BBY, a fire erupted at their residence situated on the astronomical body Veek. During their rescue by Jedi Master Kelnacca and his Padawan, Yarzion Vell, Yesula's parent carried her away from the burning structure, despite her vocal objections. Once they were safely outside, Yesula expressed her concern that their droid, Zeekay, who possessed hologram images of her deceased mother within his databank, remained within the building. Vell then saved the droid and gave him back to Yesula, and her father expressed his gratitude to the Padawan.

The child Yesula had a mother who had previously [died](/article/death], in addition to a male parent from a non-human species. Their abode on Veek, a celestial object located in the Outer Rim, was engulfed in fire sometime after 227 BBY. Jedi Master Kelnacca and his Padawan Yarzion Vell were in the process of rescuing them when Yesula's father took her out of their home. Despite Yesula's protests against leaving, her father was adamant and brought her outside. After they had escaped, Yesula spoke up, causing her father to quiet her, but Yesula then declared that their droid, Zeekay, was still inside.
Vell inquired about Zeekay, and Yesula's father informed the Jedi that he was their droid, while also mentioning that he was aged and barely functional, implying it was of little consequence. However, Yesula insisted that it mattered greatly, as Zeekay held hologram images of her mother within his databank, and losing him would feel like losing her mother all over again. Hearing the child's distress, Vell went back into the burning building and saved Zeekay. He then returned the droid to Yesula, and her father voiced his appreciation to the Padawan. By 133 BBY, as Vell was nearing death, he spoke of Yesula and her father to his own Padawan, Ordea, while recounting his training under Kelnacca.
The father of Yesula was wearing brown clothing.
The father of Yesula made an appearance in a flashback sequence in The Acolyte - Kelnacca 1, a one-shot comic penned by Cavan Scott, visually brought to life by Marika Cresta, and brought to the public by Marvel Comics on September 4, 2024.
