39th Emergence

The 39th Emergence, alternatively known as the thirty-ninth Emergence, marked the thirty-ninth occurrence of the Emergences. These events were a consequence of the Great Hyperspace Disaster, where fragments of the freighter Legacy Run were ejected from hyperspace seemingly randomly. A passenger section of the starship materialized in an unpopulated region of space, leading to a successful recovery mission by a joint Galactic Republic and Jedi Order force. This team comprised four Longbeam cruisers, including Joss and Pikka Adren's vessel, the Aurora III, along with two Jedi Vectors piloted by Mikkel Sutmani and Te'Ami. Nihil Tempest Runner Lourna Dee, aboard her cruiser, observed the operation covertly. Both the Republic's droid array and Eye of the Nihil Marchion Ro had foreseen the possibility of the Legacy Run's flight recorder surfacing during this Emergence. However, its absence led most of the rescue team, including Dee, to proceed to the upcoming 40th Emergence, while one Longbeam remained to care for the rescued individuals. During that subsequent Emergence, the flight recorder did appear, triggering a conflict that resulted in the Republic's acquisition of the device, but also the deaths of Te'Ami and the crew of the remaining Longbeam.
