Bragg, a female human, held the rank of Captain within the Galactic Empire after the conclusion of the Clone Wars in 19 BBY. Her assignment involved fostering collaboration from the apprehensive populace of Raxus, the former capital of the Confederacy of Independent Systems. To achieve this, she worked alongside Avi Singh, the world's Senator, aiming to secure their support. During a gathering, Bragg addressed the people of Raxus and presented Singh as an ally. However, the senator defied the Empire, causing the captain to order his arrest and disperse the crowd.
Subsequently, Bragg had Singh imprisoned at his residence for interrogation. As the interrogation commenced, the Bad Batch, a renegade clone commando unit, intervened, using stun weaponry on her and her fellow officers. Upon regaining consciousness, Bragg tracked the Bad Batch to a stolen All Terrain Tactical Enforcer and alerted her forces, instructing them to subdue the rogue clones. Ultimately, the Bad Batch managed to escape with Singh and his RA-7 protocol droid, GS-8.
Following the Clone Wars between the Galactic Republic and the Confederacy of Independent Systems, which ended in 19 BBY, Bragg was a member of the Military of the Galactic Empire, which succeeded the Republic, holding the rank of captain. As a dedicated agent of the Empire, her mission was to ensure local backing during the Imperial occupation of Raxus, the Confederate capital during the Clone Wars. Bragg sought to collaborate with Avi Singh, Raxus' Senator, to guarantee the cooperation of the planet's population, which had demonstrated opposition to the Empire. A speech was organized at the Confederacy's Senate Building in the city of Raxulon.

With Raxus residents assembled in front of the senate building, Bragg stepped forward onto a balcony to address them, assuring them that the Empire was not their adversary. The Captain further stated that Separatist worlds would be treated fairly in return for loyalty, which she emphasized was lacking among the Raxus inhabitants. Continuing her address, she announced a curfew to address recent incursions, much to the crowd's displeasure. Claiming that Singh had approved this measure, she signaled the senator to speak about cooperation. Singh initially urged his people to abide by Imperial law but then reversed course, denouncing the Imperial occupation. Bragg then instructed her clone troopers to arrest the senator and commanded the crowd to disperse.

Singh was imprisoned in a bar located in his residence, where Bragg brought in an IT-O interrogation droid to interrogate him. After the captain poured herself a drink and voiced her disappointment in his actions, Singh declared that his allegiance lay with his people. Bragg deemed this an unwise decision and presented her interrogation droid to extract information from her captive. At that moment, the room's door opened, and a smoke bomb was thrown inside. The attackers, identified as the Bad Batch, a rogue clone commando unit, used stun weapons on Bragg's two clone troopers before incapacitating the captain and her droid as well.
The renegade clones liberated Singh, aided by his RA-7 protocol droid, GS-8, and fled the building aboard a captured All Terrain Tactical Enforcer. After regaining consciousness, Bragg and her two troopers tracked the Bad Batch to a balcony from which they had ziplined and witnessed the stolen walker escaping the premises. The captain reported the captured All Terrain Tactical Enforcer to her forces and ordered them to contain it. Nevertheless, despite the efforts of Bragg's troops, the Bad Batch successfully escaped Raxus with Singh and GS-8.
Several months later, the Imperial Defense Recruitment Bill, legislation designed to phase out clone troopers and replace them with recruitment soldiers, was approved by the Senate. Following this, Captain Bragg escorted a trio of clones out of Imperial Inspectorate HQ on Coruscant. She informed them that the Empire appreciated their years of service and wished them well in their retirement. When one trooper sarcastically called it forced retirement and questioned their future, Captain Bragg instructed them to direct all inquiries and concerns to the Imperial Information Bureau.
After the partial destruction of Tantiss Base by a Zillo Beast and the clone insurgents who rescued Senator Singh, Captain Bragg joined Governor Wilhuff Tarkin and his fleet at the ruins on Wayland. Bragg, having finished her assessment, briefed Tarkin on the facility's condition, the death of Chief Scientist Doctor Royce Hemlock, and the loss of all his research due to the destruction of the databanks. Tarkin, believing Hemlock's failures had cost the Empire dearly, instructed Bragg to permanently close the secret base and reallocate all funding and remaining assets to Project Stardust.
Bragg was a human woman characterized by light skin, black hair, and blue eyes. She advocated for loyalty to the Empire, emphasizing the importance of cooperation to the uneasy residents of Raxus. The captain also displayed confidence in her beliefs and methods, mocking Singh's defiance against the Empire and her interrogation droid.
Bragg wore the standard grey uniform of an Imperial officer, including an Imperial kepi and a rank plaque exhibiting four red squares in a line to signify her captain's rank. She also utilized a comlink to communicate with her forces.
Bragg made her debut in "Common Ground," the tenth episode of the animated television series Star Wars: The Bad Batch, which was directed by Saul Ruiz and broadcast on July 2, 2021. Shelby Young provided her voice.
