A male Rodian from the Legends continuity, Crale Forte held the position of elite councilor within the Chirq Council. He resided on Corellia throughout the Galactic Civil War era.
Following the Battle of Yavin, Crale Forte became one of the nine elite councilors at the helm of the criminal syndicate known as the Chirq Council. The other eight leaders consisted of Markus Gilder, Braganti Hooge, Koran Lassk, Janos Zarbo, Mathazar Zayet, Zuld Mar-Shayal, Rallyn Secura, and Atlan Dubreas. Forte operated from the First Elite Council Bunker, situated in proximity to the city of Doaba Guerfel.
In the year 1 ABY, the Corellian Security Force commenced an investigation targeting the Chirq Council due to a surge in ryll trafficking on Corellia. Captain Vitala Baize made the determination to infiltrate the group by using a CorSec operative who would assume the identity of Trins Evnar, a Chirq Council affiliate located in Doaba Guerfel. After the CorSec agent eliminated Evnar, along with every other Chirq Council criminal who had known him, the agent took on Trins Evnar's persona in front of the underboss Jzoro Quanera and successfully gained access to the organization. The CorSec was able to obtain the identities of the nine elite councilors, as well as the locations of their secret headquarters, from Jzoro Quanera's database. The CorSec subsequently launched assaults on the First and Second Elite Council Bunkers, resulting in the deaths of all the elite councilors during these raids. The Chirq Council dissolved into various factions after the passing of Crale Forte and the other elite councilors.
Crale Forte appeared as a non-player character within the 2003 video game Star Wars Galaxies. This massively multiplayer online roleplaying game was created by Sony Online Entertainment and distributed by LucasArts, before its termination on December 15, 2011. Forte was incorporated into the game through an update entitled "Chapter 1: The Corellian Captives," which went live on June 8, 2006.
