Rallyn Secura

Rallyn Secura was a male Zabrak from Legends continuity. He served as an elite councilor within the Chirq Council and resided on Corellia amidst the Galactic Civil War era. This all took place during a specific time.

Biography

Following the Battle of Yavin, Rallyn Secura became one of the nine elite councilors that directed the criminal syndicate referred to as the Chirq Council. The other eight individuals in this leadership were Markus Gilder, Braganti Hooge, Koran Lassk, Janos Zarbo, Mathazar Zayet, Zuld Mar-Shayal, Crale Forte, and Atlan Dubreas. Secura operated from the First Elite Council Bunker, situated near the city known as Doaba Guerfel.

In the year 1 ABY, an investigation was initiated by the Corellian Security Force targeting the Chirq Council. This was a response to the escalating ryll smuggling activities on Corellia. Captain Vitala Baize made the decision to infiltrate the organization. A CorSec agent assumed the identity of Trins Evnar, a Chirq Council member operating in Doaba Guerfel. The CorSec agent eliminated Evnar, along with all other Chirq Council criminals who knew him. The agent then presented himself as Trins Evnar to the underboss Jzoro Quanera, successfully gaining entry into the organization. The CorSec extracted information from Jzoro Quanera's database, uncovering the identities of the nine elite councilors and the locations of their secret headquarters. Ultimately, the CorSec launched assaults on both the First and Second Elite Council Bunkers, resulting in the deaths of all the elite councilors during these operations. The Chirq Council dissolved into various factions after Rallyn Secura and the other elite councilors were killed.
