Egga

Egga was a Strike-ranked member of the Nihil pirates, specifically in Lourna Dee's Tempest, operating under the command of Cloud Ultident Margrona. Margrona, along with her unit, journeyed to Elphrona, a planet in the Outer Rim Territories, with the intention of kidnapping the Blythe family. The goal was to ransom them to their affluent relatives residing in the Core Worlds. During this raid, the Jedi stationed at the Elphrona Outpost detected the assault and began chasing the pirates. Upon realizing they were being pursued, Margrona attempted to set up an ambush, instructing Egga and Rel to secure advantageous positions on opposite sides of the canyon through which they were traveling.

However, Jedi Master Porter Engle perceived the impending ambush, even though his steelee mount suffered death at the hands of a pirate. Consequently, he directed Loden Greatstorm and Bell Zettifar to proceed with the chase. One of the pirates fired at Engle's back, but he successfully deflected the blaster fire. He then eliminated the attacker by launching his [lightsaber](/article/lightsaber], bisecting both the pirate and the ironstone formation he was using for cover. Subsequently, Engle employed telekinesis to redirect a blaster shot from the other pirate, who then retreated towards their own mount in an attempt to flee. When the Ikkrukkian Jedi caught up with the fleeing pirate, he assumed they were the one who had shot his mount, and proceeded to injure them using their own deflected blaster bolt. However, as Engle prepared to commandeer the steelee and rejoin the pursuit, the pirate, presumed to be of a species where the brain wasn't located in the head, suddenly sat up. Engle was rescued by Ember, the charhound companion of the Jedi, who unleashed fire upon the pirate until they ceased movement. The Jedi Master and his charhound then departed to rejoin the others. In the end, the Jedi managed to save three members of the Blythe family and eliminate Margrona along with all of her Strikes. However, Dee and her Tempest captured Greatstorm and Ottoh Blythe.
