During 5 BBY, Marki was present when Mon Mothma, a Chandrilan Senator, visited the gallery. Mothma was searching for a gift for Perrin Fertha, her husband, to celebrate his Day of Days, a Chandrilan tradition.
She informed Rael of Mothma's arrival, pointing out that she was accompanied by a new driver who she assumed was Chandrilan. As Mothma and Rael engaged in a subtle conversation, Marki diverted the attention of the senator's driver, Kloris, by inquiring about his interest in the gallery's exhibits and suggesting he examine some ancient coins. When Rael requested her to wrap Mothma's selected gift, Marki took the artifact to the counter, leaving it with Rael as the senator departed the gallery.
Subsequently, Marki encountered Vel Sartha, the leader of a rebel infiltration team that Rael had assembled to steal an Imperial payroll on Aldhani. This meeting took place outside the Coruscant Eastern Spaceport following the mission. She congratulated Sartha on her success, while acknowledging the losses, and mentioning that she had personally recruited Taramyn Barcona, an ex-stormtrooper, to the team. She then cautioned Sartha about sending messages to Cinta Kaz and tasked Sartha with locating Cassian Andor, who had been hired at the last minute to participate in the mission. Despite Sartha's reservations, Marki insisted that Andor had to be eliminated because he was aware of Rael's existence.
Kleya Marki possessed tan skin and brown hair. Marki was highly skilled at disguise, performing her duties as a concierge at Rael's gallery, while also serving as an emissary, messenger, and enforcer for Rael's clandestine operations. She demonstrated keen intuition and unwavering dedication to the rebel cause.
Kleya Marki made her debut appearance in "Aldhani," the fourth episode of Andor's first season, a live-action series. Elizabeth Dulau played the character.
