Pride Aully was a rogue of humanoid form. Aully was a participant in a sabacc match that took place on Numidian Prime, a notable planet, in the year 10 BBY. It was during this game that the infamous outlaw Han Solo famously triumphed over the gambler Lando Calrissian, winning the starship known as the Millennium Falcon.
Aully continued his activities in later years, specifically during the war that pitted the First Order against the Resistance. He was then in pursuit of a Z-6 jetpack. Upon learning that one such jetpack might be located at Black Spire Outpost on the planet Batuu, Aully made contact with someone visiting the town, seeking confirmation of this information. The visitor conducted an investigation, verifying the truth of Aully's lead, leading the scoundrel to plan a journey to Batuu with the intention of acquiring the jetpack.
Back in 10 BBY, Aully found himself at a jungle outpost situated on the planet called Numidian Prime. He was there to engage in a sabacc game, sharing the table with the gambler known as Lando Calrissian. During this particular game, the scoundrels Han Solo and Chewbacca, who had previously engaged the gambler and his starship, the Millennium Falcon, for a heist, made their entrance into the outpost, searching for Calrissian.
Calrissian excused himself from the game to welcome his former partners, who then challenged him to a game of sabacc. Aully observed the sabacc game, during which Solo emerged victorious, claiming the Millennium Falcon from Calrissian. In the aftermath of the game, Aully and the other gamblers who had been present offered varying accounts of the proceedings. Each spectator emphasized different aspects, though their stories all converged on the game's concluding moments.
Approximately forty-four years later, amidst the war waged between the First Order and the Resistance, Aully expressed a desire to obtain a Z-6 jetpack. He had come to believe that such an item could be located at the business known as Outer Rim Expedition and Supply, situated in the town of Black Spire Outpost on the planet Batuu. Before making the journey to Batuu, Aully sought to confirm the availability of the jetpack. To this end, he contacted a visitor to Black Spire Outpost, requesting verification. The visitor then investigated the business's inventory of crates and confirmed the accuracy of Aully's information. Aully expressed his gratitude to the visitor by transferring one hundred credits, with the intention of contacting Kasif, the business owner, to arrange for the jetpack's collection.
Aully was a self-professed scoundrel of humanoid form. While facing Calrissian in sabacc on Numidian Prime, Aully and the other gamblers displayed signs of discontent. Calrissian himself perceived his fellow gamblers as being irritable and threatening. In his quest for a Z-6 jetpack, Aully was unwilling to make the trip to Batuu without first confirming its presence there.
Pride Aully made his initial appearance in the 2018 Anthology film, Solo: A Star Wars Story. The character's name was first revealed through Star Wars: Datapad, the mobile app that served as a companion to the Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge theme park land. This land was inaugurated for guests at both Disneyland and Disney's Hollywood Studios in 2019. In Star Wars: Solo Graphic Novel Adaptation, authored by Alessandro Ferrari, illustrated by Roberto Santillo, and released by IDW Publishing on March 26, 2019, Aully's armor was depicted as being entirely white. The chest armor worn by Aully in Solo was later repurposed for the character Plesko Marno in the 2019 sequel trilogy film Star Wars: Episode IX The Rise of Skywalker.
