Raven's Peak
Raven's Peak, alternatively referred to as Tarkin's compound, was a highly defended complex under the ownership of Governor Wilhuff Tarkin on his home planet, Eriadu. Around the time of 18 BBY, it served as the location for a significant Imperial summit where the Empire's leading scientist and top-ranking officers convened to discuss the future of the galaxy. However, Clone Force 99 and Saw Gerrera's Partisans launched an assault on the compound; the latter group strategically placed thermal detonators throughout the complex and detonated them, resulting in the destruction of the entire facility except for the command spire.
Description
Composition
Raven's Peak was an Imperial fortress situated on a mountain within the Seswenna sector on the capital planet of Eriadu, the native world of Governor Wilhuff Tarkin. It comprised several installations constructed within the mountain's rock structure, along with a tower that extended from its summit. The facility, informally known as Tarkin's compound, was heavily guarded and could only be accessed via air or a specialized a dedicated sky rail system that linked the Raven's Peak starfighter depot to the main complex. A heavily guarded hangar situated on the facility's lowest level, directly connected to the rail line terminal, served as the sole entry point to the complex.
Landing bay
The compound's landing bay was a vast, cave-like area patrolled by TK stormtroopers who also maintained stationed vessels, inspected them for homing beacons, and loaded supplies and armaments. A control room oversaw the landing bay, staffed by an officer and two Imperial weapons technicians who supervised the arrival and departure of starships, verified their authorization codes, and monitored the zone's security systems. In totality, the landing bay could accommodate at least five Rho-class Transport Shuttles alongside an Alpha-3 V-wing starfighter in a landing configuration.
Sky rail line
Besides the landing bay, the only alternative means of accessing the facility was a sky rail line that stretched from a base station, which also functioned as a starfighter depot, to a terminal adjacent to the Raven's Peak hangars. Specialized rail cars, suspended from the rails and propelled by powered cogs, traversed the line between the base station and the terminal. Two parallel lines were in use, with each capable of operating independently in the event of a mechanical failure; interaction with the line's controls was possible through various control stations located within the line's support pylons. To prevent hijacking by intruders, a number of perimeter sensors were strategically positioned in areas where the line passed close to the ground.
Command tower

The command tower served as the central point of the facility, featuring a highly secure conference room situated directly on the mountain peak. It was utilized as the focal point of the conference table and supported a holoprojector. Surrounding the table were six chairs, with one distinguished by a higher back, reserved for Governor Tarkin himself. The room boasted a sizable window offering a view of the valley below; both the window and the chamber's entrance could be sealed with double blast door capable of withstanding a bomb attack. The tower's isolation from the remainder of the complex was intentionally designed to safeguard its occupants even in the event of the complete destruction of Raven's Peak.
Control station
Within the main complex, a control station oversaw all aspects of the site's security, including the corridor security cameras and perimeter sensors. It was staffed by weapons technicians who could redirect power as necessary or activate alarms to alert on-site security in the event of a perimeter breach.
