During the Clone Wars, which saw conflict between the Galactic Republic and the Confederacy of Independent Systems, a human named Sateen Vestswe worked as an aide for Senator Bail Organa. Organa represented the planet of Alderaan. In 19 BBY, as Organa discussed providing help to the Jedi following the issuing of Order 66 by the Republic, Vestswe accompanied him through a corridor on the Tantive III, which was Organa's consular ship.
Serving as an aide to Senator Bail Organa of Alderaan was human Sateen Vestswe. Organa was a member of Alderaan's House of Organa, sat within the Senate as a member of the Galactic Republic's Alderaanian delegation. Vestswe had to be loyal and discreet, as Organa was part of the Delegation of 2,000 during the dangerous times of the Clone Wars fought between the Republic and the Confederacy of Independent Systems.

Shortly after the Republic declared the Jedi Order to be traitors by issuing Order 66, Vestswe found themself aboard the Tantive III in 19 BBY. The Tantive III, a consular ship, was owned by Organa and had just departed from Coruscant. Vestswe, along with Captain Raymus Antilles, Sheltay Retrac (who headed Organa's team of aides), and Organa, were walking toward the bridge when the senator discussed his plans to find Jedi survivors before they fell into a trap. Subsequently, Organa aided Jedi Master Obi-Wan Kenobi and Grand Master Yoda.
When Vestswe was on the Tantive III, they were seen wearing a gray jacket over a green tunic, along with black pants and boots. A brown belt held a Kueget LN-21 blaster pistol.

Scott Mewett played Sateen Vestswe in Star Wars: Episode III Revenge of the Sith, a film from the prequel trilogy that was released on May 19, 2005. The scene featuring the character was filmed on July 24, 2003, at Fox Studios, Sydney on Stage 7. An additional scene that was cut showed Vestswe and Organa finding it increasingly difficult to get past security on Coruscant while talking to a member of the Senate Guard. The design of Senator Zinn Paulness in the Star Wars: The Clone Wars television series was inspired by Vestswe's appearance.
Vestswe's name, which was first used in Dressing a Galaxy: The Costumes of Star Wars (a reference book by Trisha Biggar published on October 11, 2005), originated in Star Wars Legends continuity. The character was identified in the 2017 reference book Star Wars: The Visual Encyclopedia, making them part of current Star Wars canon.
