Snes

Snes, a Besalisk with employment as a strongman, was found at Club Deeja located on the planet Naboo. This occurred not long after the renowned Battle of Yavin. Mul Sanaka, the proprietor of the club, plotted to ensnare the Alderaanian Princess Leia Organa inside his establishment in 0 ABY. Snes was tasked with disarming the princess alongside her entourage before guiding them into the club. However, Snes inadvertently exposed the scheme to Organa, which resulted in the princess launching an assault on the Besalisk, ultimately leading to their defeat and Sanaka's downfall.

Biography

Setting the trap

Leia Organa headbutted Snes during their fight.

In the period immediately following the Battle of Yavin, Snes held the position of muscle at Club Deeja. The club was situated in the city of Keren on the planet Naboo. Mul Sanaka owned the establishment, and he received assistance from the Alderaanian Uwa Pareece, who was in charge of the musical performers, the Melodic Order, who also hailed from Alderaan.

The Princess of Alderaan, Leia Organa, journeyed to Naboo in 0 ABY on a search mission to locate Alderaanians who managed to survive the destruction of their homeworld at the hands of the Galactic Empire. She was directed toward Sanaka and his Alderaanian employees by Lord Junn, an old friend residing on Naboo. Before Organa could reach Sanaka, Junn made contact and warned him of her impending arrival, leading to a joint plan to have her killed. Upon Organa's arrival at the club, posing as an Imperial official, she was greeted by both Snes and Sanaka.

A slip of the tongue

Snes and their thugs were easily defeated by Leia Organa and her allies.

Sanaka acted as if he believed Organa's claim of being an Imperial and instructed Snes to surrender the Melodic Order to her. Subsequently, Snes demanded that Organa and her companions—Evaan Verlaine, a pilot, and R2-D2, an astromech droid—relinquish their weaponry, which Organa initially resisted before eventually complying. Snes escorted the group into the club but mistakenly referred to Organa as "princess," thereby revealing that they and Sanaka were aware of Organa's true identity.

Once Snes' deception was exposed, the princess delivered a headbutt to the Besalisk, causing them to fall to the floor. This action prompted two additional Besalisk thugs to emerge from within the club and attack Organa and her companions. While Verlaine and R2-D2 engaged with the two thugs, Organa attempted to retrieve her blaster pistol from Snes. However, the Besalisk managed to deflect the weapon before the princess could utilize it. Organa then struck her adversary in the face with her knee, leaving Snes incapacitated on the floor. Witnessing the defeat of his thugs, Sanaka attempted to shoot Organa himself but was killed by Pareece before he could fire. Organa then proceeded to liberate the Melodic Order from Naboo.
