An Aeosian female held the position of queen for her species on their homeworld known as Aeos Prime. During the Galactic Civil War against the Galactic Empire, her planet became the location of a rebel outpost. This outpost was later subjected to an attack by the First Order amidst their war with the Resistance. Shortly after this assault, the queen engaged in discussions with representatives from the Colossus space station, including Kazuda Xiono and Griff Halloran, who were seeking a safe haven on Aeos Prime. Initially, the queen hesitated to grant outsiders access to her world due to the recent First Order attack, but she ultimately permitted the station to remain on the planet.
During the era of the Galactic Civil War, a conflict pitting the Alliance to Restore the Republic against the Galactic Empire, the Aeosian queen authorized the establishment of a rebel outpost on her planet. Many years afterward, well after the outpost's abandonment, an Aeosian village suffered an attack by the First Order, triggered by the prior existence of the rebel outpost, resulting in injuries and deaths among the Aeosian population.

Subsequently, the space station Colossus made its way to Aeos Prime, searching for a safe location away from the First Order. During a scouting mission, Kazuda Xiono and Griff Halloran ventured into the devastated village. While exploring the caves of the planet, Halloran, Xiono, along with their droids, were captured by the native Aeosians, and presented before the queen. The queen decreed that the prisoners would be fed to the krakavora, disregarding Xiono's attempts to explain their reason for being on Aeos Prime. En route to the krakavora, Xiono and the droid CB-23 managed to escape, allowing Xiono to deliver medicine to Aeosians who were injured during the First Order's assault. Recognizing that her prisoners did not pose a threat, the queen offered to release them in exchange for additional medical supplies.
The queen, accompanied by several Aeosians and her former captives, boarded the Colossus and had a meeting with the station's captain, Imanuel Doza. The queen consented to allow the station to remain on Aeos Prime, although the Colossus would eventually be discovered by the First Order.
The Aeosian queen made her debut in the Star Wars Resistance episode titled "The New World," with Lucy Lawless providing her voice.
