The human Losha Tarkon was both the proprietor and bartender of a cantina situated within Vargo Spaceport on the planet Varkana. Among its offerings was Dark Blue Milk. Around 10 BBY, Nakano Lash's crew, a group of bounty hunters led by the Nautolan Nakano Lash, convened at the cantina for a briefing.
During their time there, Bossk, a member of the crew, engaged in a brawl with other patrons. Meanwhile, T'onga, another crew member, approached the bar to purchase a round of drinks for everyone. Subsequently, Lash addressed the crew, expressing her desire for them to support one another after her eventual death.
Losha Tarkon, a human who also served as a bartender, was the owner of a cantina located in Vargo Spaceport on the Outer Rim planet Varkana. The building's exterior walls were gray, and above the entrance, a copper-colored Aurebesh sign displayed a partial spelling of "Losha." Inside, patrons could sit at tables—including at least one booth featuring a brown table and a lantern—to enjoy their beverages. There was also an area where servers prepared drinks. A circular lighting fixture above the servers' area bathed the room in a blue light. The cantina's gray walls were adorned with silver pillars and horizontal gold-colored decorative accents.
Approximately around 10 BBY, the bounty hunting crew of the Nautolan Nakano Lash paid a visit to the cantina for a briefing. While they were there, Bossk, the Trandoshan member of the crew, started a fight with some Houk patrons. At the time, T'onga, another member of the crew, went to the bar to order drinks for the group. However, she became distracted by Tarkon and ignored two other bartenders who were trying to serve her. This caused a significant delay in getting the drinks, prompting her twin brother T'ongor to investigate, as he desperately needed a Dark Blue Milk before Bossk got them all thrown out for fighting. Upon discovering the reason for the delay, T'ongor informed his sister that he would have to get his own drink and returned to their booth.

Upon T'ongor's return to the booth, Bossk, having ceased his altercation with the Houks, attempted to provoke Beilert Valance, the cyborg, into a fight, but his efforts were thwarted when Lash restrained the cyborg and instructed him to calm down. Shortly thereafter, T'onga arrived at the booth, and the Nautolan began to speak to the crew, expressing that she considered them her family. Lash then requested that the crew promise to look out for one another after her death, ensuring that even during their most difficult moments, they would not be alone. With that, the Nautolan raised her drink in a toast, and T'onga clinked her drink against Valance's.
Sometime between 3 ABY and 4 ABY, after returning to their home on the Moon of Logal Ri, T'onga shared with Tarkon—who was now her wife—her plans to establish a cantina on the moon, reminding Tarkon of the cantina she had previously owned. The two of them, along with their business partner Cadeliah, then discussed potential ideas for the new cantina.
The cantina made its debut appearance, through flashbacks, in the thirtieth issue of the Star Wars: Bounty Hunters comic series. Ethan Sacks wrote the issue, Paolo Villanelli did the pencils, and Marvel Comics published it on January 18, 2023.
