Losha Tarkon, a human woman, was the life partner of T'onga, the former bounty hunter. These two made their home on the Moon of Logal Ri, with plans to live out their days as farmers. However, their peaceful existence was disrupted when word spread that Nakano Lash, the one responsible for the death of T'onga's brother, T'ongor, had allegedly returned. Driven by vengeance, T'onga departed to hunt Lash. Despite Tarkon's attempts to dissuade her, T'onga was resolute in her decision.
Later, Tarkon located a wounded T'onga on Ruusan. Their reunion led them to form a crew and embark on a mission to find Cadeliah, the heir to the Mourner's Wail and Unbroken Clan crime organizations.
Around 10 BBY, Losha Tarkon worked as a bartender in a cantina located on the planet of Varkana. It was there that she captured the attention of T'onga, the bounty hunter. At some point, the pair married and ultimately settled down on the Moon of Logal Ri, embracing life as farmers. In 3 ABY, news of the infamous bounty hunter Nakano Lash's reappearance, and the substantial bounty placed on her head, stirred the interest of numerous bounty hunters. T'onga, fueled by a desire to avenge her brother's death, decided to pursue the bounty, convinced that Lash was responsible for his demise (death).

Tarkon approached T'onga as she was departing from their farm, questioning her intentions of leaving without a proper farewell, and expressing her wish for T'onga's safe return. After a moment of intimacy, T'onga revealed the reasons behind her departure as she boarded her starship. Tarkon reminded the former hunter of her promise to leave the bounty hunting world behind and dedicate her days to planting crops, expressing her fear of having to dig a grave for her. Helplessly, Tarkon watched, tears streaming down her face, as T'onga took off from the moon in her starship to begin her hunt for Lash. Unbeknownst to Tarkon, after an encounter with Beilert Valance, Boba Fett would incapacitate T'onga while in orbit above Ruusan during a conflict involving Lash, Fett, and Valance, which resulted in Lash's death.

Tarkon tracked her missing partner to Ruusan. There, she discovered T'onga in a medical facility, receiving treatment for her injuries. Once T'onga had recovered sufficiently, the two professed their love for one another and decided to seek justice against Nakano Lash's killers. The individual who had healed T'onga offered the pair his Nexu to aid them. Soon after, they became aware that Jabba the Hutt had placed a bounty on Fett's head.
Upon returning to Dotharian, T'onga and Tarkon visited the Fortress of the Mourner's Wail, only to find it in ruins, marked by scorch damage. T'onga ventured inside, encountering Khamdek and a number of soldiers, who warned her to leave immediately. However, it was too late, as Crimson Dawn had already infiltrated the building. A battle ensued between the two syndicates. During the conflict, T'onga, who was assisting the Mourner's Wail, was knocked down and pinned by a Crimson Dawn enforcer, but she was rescued by the Nexu and Tarkon. Together, the team eliminated several more Crimson Dawn enforcers, and T'onga went to the side of an injured Khamdek. She revealed to him that he had a granddaughter, which filled him with remorse. He then hired the couple, tasking them with assembling a crew to rescue Cadeliah.

Tarkon and T'onga enlisted Tasu Leech from the fighting pits of Nar Kanji, as well as Zuckuss from the Gand floating sanctuary. Aboard the Edgehawk, the crew arrived on the planet Jekara, where Crimson Dawn was holding an auction for Han Solo, having located the site using Zuckuss's tracking abilities. The team discovered a restrained Bossk, who deceived Zuckuss, stole his knife, and revealed that Valance was also present, shocking T'onga.
Losha Tarkon was a human woman characterized by her pink hair, blue eyes, and fair complexion. Tarkon experienced profound sadness when T'onga departed the Moon of Logal Ri, as she did not want to lose her, and she pleaded with the former hunter to stay and cultivate the land. Later, Tarkon displayed her unwavering commitment to her partner by tracking her down to Ruusan, where they happily reunited and formed a crew to fight together against Crimson Dawn.
Losha Tarkon wore brown overalls over a light-colored shirt, along with brown gloves. While in the field alongside T'onga, she donned shoulder pads, a cape, a helmet, and carried two blaster pistols, one of which was a DL-44 heavy blaster pistol.
Losha Tarkon made her debut in the first issue of Star Wars: Bounty Hunters, a comic book series penned by Ethan Sacks, with illustrations by Paolo Villanelli, and published by Marvel Comics on March 11, 2020.
