Paradise Atrium

The opulent Paradise Atrium functioned as a high-end lounge. It was situated within Cloud City, a tibanna mining settlement suspended high above the planet of Bespin. The main level of the Atrium was appointed with numerous tables and seating, allowing guests to relax, as well as plush couches positioned along the walls. A sizable, ornate sculpture served as a focal point, and several expansive windows presented views of the surrounding Cloud City landscape. The Paradise Cantina offered a variety of drinks to its patrons, who regularly included humans, Ugnaughts, Twi'leks, and Nothoiin. Droids, members of the Cloud City security forces, and a group of bodyguards were also frequent visitors to the Atrium.

During the time of the Iron Blockade, the Paradise Atrium served as the abode of Voras the Hutt, the secluded leader of the Ivax Syndicate. After they learned of the death of Emperor Palpatine, a young scoundrel and their sister Riley journeyed to the Atrium to seek an audience with Voras. They hoped to gain the Syndicate's assistance in evading Imperial Purge Troopers who had been dispatched to kill anyone who had discovered the Emperor's passing. Voras agreed to give the siblings sanctuary, providing them with lodging in the Paradise Atrium's guest quarters in return for the scoundrel working as a mercenary for the Syndicate. Later, when the scoundrel began working to form an anti-Imperial coalition—building an alliance composed of members from the clandestine Noble Court, the secretive Kouhun assassins, the Ivax Syndicate, and factions within the Trade Spine League—delegates from these diverse groups convened at the Paradise Atrium to deliberate on strategy.
