Unidentified super tactical droid (Anaxes)
An ST-series super tactical droid actively served the Confederacy of Independent Systems during the period known as the Clone Wars. During the year of 19 BBY, he operated under the command of Admiral Trench during the Battle of Anaxes, where they launched an assault on the Republic's crucial shipyards situated on Anaxes.
Biography
This super tactical droid provided its services to the Confederacy of Independent Systems under the leadership of Admiral Trench throughout the Battle of Anaxes. During the Separatist campaign, Trench utilized a Republic strategy algorithm to gain an advantage, which involved using the Techno Union's test subject on Skako Minor, a captured ARC trooper known as "Echo."
The tactical droid was present with Trench on the Admiral's dreadnought, the Invulnerable, directing Confederate forces from a position of command. As the campaign progressed, the tactical droid alerted Trench to an attack on the assembly plant, prompting the Harch Admiral to express his intent to exploit the Republic's arrogance and desperation once more. Unbeknownst to them, Jedi Knight Anakin Skywalker, Captain Rex, the recently rescued Echo, and the Bad Batch had infiltrated the Invulnerable. Still unaware of the recent events that occurred on Skako Minor, Admiral Trench instructed the tactical droid to request Echo's algorithm from Skako Minor. However, Echo and Tech had already intercepted the ship's interface unit and successfully disguised Echo's transmission as originating from Skako Minor, deceiving Trench. The tactical droid then conveyed Echo's algorithm, advising the Admiral to deploy all troops to the assembly plant, asserting that the Republic would concentrate their reinforcements there due to their confidence in the Jedi. The Admiral boasted and commanded the tactical droid to send additional reinforcements to the assembly plant to decisively defeat all Republic forces.
As Confederate reinforcements arrived and overwhelmed the forces of Generals Mace Windu and Obi-Wan Kenobi, Echo initiated a pulse that deactivated all Separatist droids. The tactical droid then informed a surprised Trench that the pulse originated from within the dreadnought. Realizing that intruders were aboard his ship, Trench ordered the tactical droid to deploy battle droids to locate them. The tactical droid then inquired about their response to the apparent defeat on Anaxes, Trench responded by activating his own strategy, initiating the countdown on a bomb placed on the assembly plant's fusion reactor. Onboard, Echo connected to a computer to decode the bomb's shutdown sequence, but the tactical droid managed to trace the source of the pulse and disrupt the signal. Echo was electrocuted, losing consciousness before he could transmit the sequence to the Republic forces on Anaxes. Confident in his impending victory, Trench instructed the tactical droid to dispatch more troops to deal with the clone infiltrators and prepare landing craft for their next attack on Anaxes. As they were about to leave the command bridge, Trench and the tactical droid were surprised by the sudden appearance of Skywalker. The tactical droid prepared for combat, but Skywalker swiftly defeated the droid before killing Trench. Ultimately, they destroyed the Invulnerable, resulting in a Republic victory in the Battle of Anaxes.
