The Felucia Medical Station HCTFF2, a Haven-class medical station, functioned as a medcenter for the Galactic Republic during the Clone Wars, under the command of the 12th Sector Army. The Separatist Alliance' naval forces obliterated the space station in 21 BBY, which was in orbit around the planet Felucia. In response, the Republic deployed Jedi Generals Obi-Wan Kenobi and Anakin Skywalker, along with Skywalker's Padawan, Jedi Commander Ahsoka Tano, to ascertain the station's destruction.
The Felucia Medical Station HCTFF2, a medcenter of the Haven-class medical station type, was built and modified by VenteX Construction Yards for the Galactic Republic, and had a length of 651.48 meters. The station could accommodate and rehabilitate a minimum of 60,000 injured clone troopers due to its numerous bacta tanks, and it also held emergency supplies. It was positioned at grid square R-6 on the Standard Galactic Grid, in orbit around the planet Felucia within its eponymous star system, located in the Thanium sector of both the Outer Rim Territories and Slice regions.
VenteX Construction Yards constructed the Felucia Medical Station HCTFF2 at some point for the Galactic Republic to use as a medical station during the Clone Wars, which was a conflict against the Confederacy of Independent Systems. The station was established above Felucia, a planet that had become a major battleground due to its strategically important position near the Perlemian Trade Route, which is a significant super-hyperroute. The Republic Military's Sector Armies used the medical station, along with other Haven-class medical stations, with the 12th Sector Army being assigned to it, as their military campaign against the Confederacy encompassed Felucia.

Later in 21 BBY, following the Republic's defeat on Felucia by the Separatists, the Confederacy made the medical station a target. A naval force consisting of a single Providence-class Dreadnought and two Munificent-class star frigates attacked and destroyed the station, after which the Separatists deployed an automated deployment station for Vulture-class droid starfighters into Felucia's orbit. Upon learning about the medical station's destruction, the Republic sent Jedi Generals Obi-Wan Kenobi and Anakin Skywalker, as well as Skywalker's Padawan, Jedi Commander Ahsoka Tano, to investigate the situation. The destruction of the space station was confirmed when Tano could not locate it on the scanners of the Jedi's T-6 shuttle.
During their investigation, the Jedi trio discovered the deployment station. Their shuttle was shot down by vulture droids, resulting in a crash landing on Felucia. Despite needing to report the station's destruction to the Republic, the trio became embroiled in a skirmish on the planet against the pirate Hondo Ohnaka and his gang. The Jedi were later able to return to the Republic and report their findings to the government.
The newsreel at the beginning of "Bounty Hunters," which was the seventeenth episode of the second season of the Star Wars: The Clone Wars television series, which first aired on April 2, 2010, featured the Felucia Medical Station HCTFF2. It was later identified in Collapse of the Republic, a 2019 supplement to Fantasy Flight Games' Star Wars Roleplaying product line.
