Graballa's Beachside Resort and Buffet represented the business endeavor envisioned by the Hutt crime lord known as Graballa. Between the Battle of Hoth and the Battle of Endor, Graballa sought potential financial backers for the proposed beachfront establishment and eatery. The plans for his buffet were stored by Graballa on a datapad, which was carried by Yeppau, his Toydarian attendant. Nevertheless, he was unsuccessful in securing the endorsement of his relative Jabba in, at minimum, two separate instances. During the Galactic Empire's auction held on Mygeeto, Graballa made attempts to attract investors from the affluent elite. Graballa asserted that the buffet's massage therapist was a Besalisk. Following that failure, he abducted Kordi Freemaker, who was posing as the Clawdite princess Alo Kortessi.
Roughly three decades afterward, Graballa realized his aspiration: he brought Graballa's Beachside Resort and Buffet into existence in Canto Bight located on the planet Cantonica, only to witness its destruction soon after during the Resistance's mission to Canto Bight.
