The Tusken warrior was a female Tusken Raider combatant, affiliated with a tribe of Tusken Raiders residing on the planet Tatooine circa 4 ABY. More information about the female gender can be found here.
When Boba Fett, then a prisoner, tried to break free from the tribe's camp, the Tusken warrior triumphed over him in combat. This victory enabled her fellow tribesmen to recapture their captive. After Fett eliminated a sand beast, he gained acceptance into the tribe. The warrior then proceeded to teach Fett the proper techniques for wielding a gaderffii stick.

Later, the tribe faced an assault from blaster fire originating from a Tatooine repulsor train, resulting in the deaths of numerous Tusken Raiders and banthas. Following the cremation of the deceased Tuskens, Fett approached both the warrior and the chieftain. He pledged to halt the train using a cycler rifle and his training gaderffii stick, promising his return by the next morning. Fett journeyed to Tosche Station, engaged in combat with members of the Kintan Striders Gang, and subsequently returned to the camp with their speeder bikes. Fett presented these bikes as a gift to the tribe, instructing the warrior and other members on their operation.
Subsequently, during a gaderffii stick training session between the warrior and Fett, the tribe came under attack once more. The warrior, Fett, and other Tuskens utilized their speeder bikes to raid the train. The warrior eliminated multiple Pykes, and the tribe successfully defeated the Pyke Syndicate soldiers who were operating the train. Fett demanded that the Pykes cease their attacks on the Tuskens and instead pay a toll for traversing their territory. Later that evening, the warrior was present as the chieftain shared the tribe's history with Fett. Fett received a gekko that burrowed into his body as a gift. The following morning, he returned with a branch from a wortwood tree, which he presented to both the chieftain and the warrior. The warrior accepted the branch and guided Fett to a gaderffii stick workshop, where a craftsman assisted Fett in crafting his own stick. Fett then presented his newly crafted stick to the warrior, who nodded in approval. Later that night, the warrior, Fett, and the rest of the tribe participated in a ceremonial dance around a campfire.
After Boba Fett, now a full member of the tribe, departed to meet with the Pyke Syndicate in Mos Eisley, the Pykes massacred the entire tribe, including the warrior. They deliberately painted the symbol of the Kintan Striders speeder bike gang to falsely attribute blame. Following Tusken customs, Fett gathered all the bodies and weapons, cremating them in a funeral pyre. Seeking vengeance, Fett later attacked the Kintan Striders, killing numerous members.
The Tusken warrior first appeared in a flashback within the premiere episode of The Book of Boba Fett, titled "Chapter 1: Stranger in a Strange Land." This episode was released on Disney+ on December 29, 2021. Joanna Bennett played the role of the warrior. A factual error exists in the Star Wars Encyclopedia: The Comprehensive Guide to the Star Wars Galaxy, which incorrectly identifies the Tusken warrior as a human.
