The Kintan Striders Gang was a group of Nikto that operated as a gang within the Dune Sea on Tatooine during the early years of the New Republic Era. Originating from the Nikto homeworld of Kintan, they adopted their name from the Kintan strider creature. While Boba Fett was held captive by a Tusken tribe, he observed the gang on speeder bikes as they attacked a farmer's property on Tatooine. The gang left their symbol on a wall at the site. Later, he located some of the gang members at Tosche Station, which is located outside of Anchorhead. As the gang members caused trouble and harassed Camie Marstrap and Laze Loneozner, Boba Fett made his entrance. A fight ensued between the gang and the former bounty hunter, which resulted in the gang's defeat. Boba Fett then confiscated their speeder bikes and brought them back to his Tusken tribe. After Fett's Tusken tribe suffered a massacre, with the Striders' logo falsely placed as graffiti at the destroyed camp, he attacked and eliminated a group of Kintan Striders, even though the Pyke Syndicate had set them up.

The Kintan Striders Gang consisted of Nikto gangsters who operated as speed bikers originating from Kintan. Their name came from the Kintan strider, a dangerous creature native to the Nikto homeworld of Kintan. They were known for their skeletal gang symbol, which they often left at the locations they raided. These Nikto gangsters were known for stealing credits from residents of small towns, looting homesteads for resources such as water, and demanding protection money from other groups that entered their territory. The Kintan Striders were known to have tough, unpleasant members, often seen wearing brown clothing and leather jackets. Many of them wore masks, goggles, or head coverings while riding their speeder bikes. The Kintan Strider speeder bikes were modified repulsorcraft designed for maximum speed, with many comfort and safety features removed.
Around 4 ABY, the Kintan Striders Gang was active in the Dune Sea area on the desert planet Tatooine. Gang members once raided a homestead, stealing some of their water supply before leaving on their speeder bikes. A Tusken Raider child watched the raid from a distance, accompanied by his massiff and two chained prisoners, a Rodian and Boba Fett. Later, the Pyke Syndicate started transporting sansanna spice through the Dune Sea. The Kintan Striders, sharing territory with the syndicate, demanded protection money from the Pykes. Similarly, a Tusken Raider tribe came into conflict with the Pyke Syndicate's spice transportation operations.

Fett, having joined the tribe, decided to assist his new allies and tracked a group of Kintan Strider bikers to Tosche Station, a power station and repair shop located outside of Anchorhead. There, the Nikto bikers were drinking and socializing, with one of them stealing food and drink from Laze Loneozner and Camie Marstrap. When Loneozner protested, the Kintan Striders responded by assaulting him and restraining his partner. At that moment, Fett arrived and engaged the Niktos in combat. Fett defeated the bikers and left Tosche Station with their speeder bikes.
Fett gave the stolen Kintan Strider bikes to his Tusken tribe, training their warriors to use them. The tribe then attacked and destroyed a Pyke Syndicate repulsortrain, with Fett sending the Pyke survivors away with a demand for protection money. The syndicate's boss on Tatooine presented these terms to his superiors on the planet Oba Diah, who refused to pay both the Kintan Striders and the Tusken Raiders at the same time. The boss informed Fett of this when he visited the Pyke's headquarters on Tatooine, and Fett promised to handle the Nikto bikers.

Wanting to prevent being exploited, the Pyke boss ordered his men to slaughter the Tusken Raider tribe while Fett was meeting with him, falsely attributing the act to the Kintan Striders by leaving their emblem behind. Tricked by the Pykes, Fett swore vengeance on the Nikto bikers. After retrieving his Firespray-31-class patrol and attack craft, Slave I, in 9 ABY, Fett intercepted the Kintan Striders as they rode through the Tatooine dunes and opened fire. All of the Nikto bikers were killed in the attack.
