Deychin tea

Deychin tea was a tea drink enjoyed by humans, as well as Togrutas, and also Pkorians. When heated, it emitted flower-like vapor. Following the events of the Battle of Geonosis which occurred in 22 BBY, Jedi Master Jocasta Nu suggested to Jedi Knight Iskat Akaris that she could resume retrieving artifacts for the Jedi Order, mentioning that Akaris' recently deceased Master, Sember Vey, had thought she was nearly ready to go back to her previous duties. While Akaris appreciated her Master's confidence in her, she was not thrilled by the idea, and in her mind, contemplated bargaining over a cup of Deychin tea to obtain unwanted, dusty datacrons. Ultimately, she turned down Nu's proposal.

In 5 ABY, Auxi Kray Korbin, who served as an advisor, prepared two cups of warm Deychin tea for herself and her superior, the New Republic Chancellor Mon Mothma. This took place in Mothma's office located on the Core Worlds planet of Chandrila. Koribin proposed that Mothma should add some alcoholic brandy to her tea, but the chancellor refused.
