The lightsaber of Reva, also known as the double-bladed Inquisitor Lightsaber of Reva, and the Third Sister's saber, was a lightsaber used by the Jedi hunter referred to as the Third Sister, also known as Reva, throughout her time serving the Galactic Empire. It bore a resemblance to other double-bladed spinning lightsabers utilized by Imperial Inquisitors. As the pursuit of Obi-Wan Kenobi reached its conclusion, Reva relinquished her lightsaber, aiming to abandon the dark side of the Force.

While numerous Inquisitors would carry their lightsabers on their backs, the Third Sister instead kept hers hanging at her right side. The saber possessed the ability to be split into two individual blades, with the ringed emitter retracting at the sides, allowing the hilt to extend and separate. This enabled Reva to effectively employ her Jar'Kai skills, honed under the guidance of the Grand Inquisitor. The saber's kyber crystals had once belonged to Jedi who met their deaths during the Great Jedi Purge and were subsequently bled by Reva herself.
In 9 BBY, the Third Sister made use of her lightsaber during the Inquisitors' search for the Jedi Nari, which brought them to a saloon in Mos Eisley on the planet Tatooine. When Nari made an attempt to flee, the Third Sister unsheathed her lightsaber and attacked him; however, the Grand Inquisitor intervened using the Force to halt her blade, resulting in only an injury to Nari's left shoulder. As Nari escaped the scene, the Grand Inquisitor reprimanded the Third Sister for her impetuousness in seeking to kill a Jedi he had intended to interrogate. While the Inquisitors were gathering intel on the Jedi's location, the Third Sister threatened to sever the hands of those who refused to cooperate, making an example of a woman who asserted that the Galactic Empire lacked authority over the Outer Rim Territories. Subsequently, the Third Sister directed her attention towards moisture farmer Owen Lars, menacing him with her lightsaber, but the Fifth Brother commanded her to stand down.
Later on, the Third Sister would brandish her lightsaber on the planet Daiyu, where she had abducted Princess Leia Organa with the intention to draw out Jedi Master Obi-Wan Kenobi from his concealed location. As she trapped Kenobi in a shipyard, the Grand Inquisitor intervened, ordering her to step aside to prevent her from losing their target. Instead, the Third Sister employed her lightsaber to stab the Grand Inquisitor in the abdomen. Despite Kenobi's escape with Organa, the Third Sister succeeded in capturing the young princess on Mapuzo, transporting her to Fortress Inquisitorius on the moon Nur. Subsequently, she utilized her lightsaber to defend against an assault on the fortress, deflecting cannon fire from a pair of T-47 airspeeders piloted by members of the Hidden Path.

The Third Sister exploited the attack as an opportunity to pinpoint the location of the Path's base and Kenobi alongside them. She spearheaded the attack on Jabiim, employing her lightsaber to breach the hideout doors, resulting in Kenobi's brief capture. Kenobi discerned the Third Sister's underlying scheme to assassinate Darth Vader, and as he made his escape, the Third Sister wielded her lightsaber to strike at Vader. However, the Sith Lord employed the Force to intercept the blade and wrest the weapon from her grasp, bisecting it and dueling her with one of the halves. Vader swiftly subdued the lone Inquisitor, impaling her with her own lightsaber, revealing that the Grand Inquisitor had survived her treachery.
The Third Sister survived her injury and journeyed to Tatooine after intercepting fragments of a transmission by Bail Organa that mentioned Owen Lars. She attacked the Lars homestead and attempted to slay an unconscious Luke Skywalker with her lightsaber, but hesitated at the prospect of murdering children as Vader had done to her fellow Jedi Initiates. Upon Kenobi's return to Tatooine following a duel with Vader, Reva returned Skywalker to his family. Kenobi offered solace to Reva, assuring her that she had not become Vader, and Reva laid her lightsaber to rest in the sand.

The lightsaber was a completely novel design created specifically for the Third Sister. Lucasfilm vice president and executive creative director Doug Chiang was responsible for creating many of the original concepts behind the lightsaber. The functionality of splitting into two separate sabers presented a challenge for the prop makers because the two halves didn't appear correct with the circle splitting in half. Propmaster Brad Elliott and his team conceived that as the weapon splits into two pieces, there would be internal handle extensions to the grip and retracting guards that pulled in on themselves. They also had to envision how the half-circle version transforms into a full circle when it spins. Designers determined that the semi-circle version would telescope out to create the full circle. Moses Ingram, the actor who portrayed the Third Sister, received the lightsaber as a gift from Lucasfilm president Kathleen Kennedy. The weapon was customized to fit Ingram's hands.
Ingram dedicated a significant amount of time icing her hands before mastering the art of wielding her lightsaber. Elliott and his team ensured that the size of the rings and handles would align with their intended character. Ingram received fight training from Ewan McGregor, the actor who played Obi-Wan Kenobi, and he offered her encouragement as she navigated rookie mistakes. During training, Ingram identified areas that needed adjustments with the lightsaber, resulting in several modifications. Depending on the scene being filmed, Ingram utilized three distinct lightsabers: a full-length prop, a medium prop, and a very small prop. Ingram also possessed a practice lightsaber that she was allowed to take home with her. The lightsaber's transformation into a full circle was achieved with Industrial Light & Magic's visual effects enhancing the practical prop. The props department would confiscate the lightsaber whenever Ingram was off camera.
