Unidentified senior Milvayne Authority officer

A high-ranking officer of the male human variety, serving within the ranks of the Milvayne Authority – which functions as the primary law enforcement agency for the planet of Milvayne – oversaw the proceedings surrounding Chelli Aphra and 0-0-0's capture and subsequent trial circa 1 ABY. The trial also included Tam Posla, a Milvayne lawman who was discharged and operated as a vigilante.

After the senior officer deferred the sentencing decision to Posla, Aphra made the officers aware that the vigilante was a deserter, and successfully swayed the attending Milvayne Authority officers to turn against the former lawman. In reaction, Posla engaged the senior officer and their subordinates, and the resulting conflict provided Aphra and 0-0-0 with an opportunity to make their escape.

Biography

Arrests

During the era of the Galactic Empire, a male human held the position of senior police officer within the Milvayne Authority, the law enforcement agency responsible for maintaining order on the planet Milvayne situated in the Inner Rim Territories. Around 1 ABY, both the rogue archaeologist Chelli Aphra and the assassin droid 0-0-0 traveled throughout Milvayne City, with the Milvayne Authority actively seeking their capture. Cornelius Evazan, known as the Doctor, broadcast a live feed from 0-0-0's eyes across Milvayne, urging viewers to aid the Milvayne Authority in apprehending the two fugitives.

The Milvayne Authority and Tam Posla put Chelli Aphra and 0-0-0 on trial.

With assistance from the vigilante Tam Posla, the Milvayne Authority successfully captured Aphra and 0-0-0. Posla, a former Milvayne Authority officer who had been dismissed, had effectively reinstated himself within the law enforcement agency. Furthermore, Posla was undead, having been resurrected by Force-sensitive gundravian hookspores, a type of infectious fungus. The senior officer of the Milvayne Authority presided over Aphra and 0-0-0's trial on a ledge overlooking Milvayne's undercity, accompanied by five fellow officers and Posla. Addressing the captured pair, the senior officer delegated the sentencing to Posla, the "arresting officer," who decreed that both individuals should be shot dead and cast over the ledge.

Posla goes rogue, again

Posla unleashes his weaponry on the senior officer and their men.

As Posla instructed the other five officers to aim their weapons, Aphra challenged the legitimacy of the undead vigilante, emphasizing his prior dismissal from the Milvayne Authority. One of the officers confirmed to the senior officer that Posla had indeed been dishonorably discharged in absentia. Aphra then reminded the six officers that 0-0-0's eyes were recording the events, questioning whether they wished the entire planet to witness their being outmaneuvered by a "deserter." Following a brief discussion with one of their colleagues, the senior officer and the other officers turned their blasters against Posla.

Incensed, Posla revealed his cybernetic weapons, and the Force energies emanating from the fungus that sustained him caused the senior officer to recoil. Nevertheless, the officer drew their blaster and fired upon Posla, commanding their subordinates to eliminate their new adversary. Posla then activated his jetpack and commenced firing upon the officers, facilitating Aphra and 0-0-0's escape. Viewers across Milvayne witnessed the slaughter of several Milvayne Authority officers via the live feed.

Personality and traits

The senior officer displayed a strong aversion to violations of the law, characterizing Aphra and 0-0-0's offenses as too "numerous and nauseating" to enumerate. They viewed any challenge to their accusations as an admission of guilt. However, the officer opposed collaborating with deserting officers such as Tam Posla, opting to turn against the vigilante rather than accept the former lawman's assistance to the Milvayne Authority. The senior officer possessed light skin.

Equipment

The officer's attire consisted of white armor covering their chest and upper back, complemented by green shoulder pads and elbow guards. Beneath the armor, they wore a brown padded tunic with brown sleeves, along with a belt featuring compartments and a holstered blaster. Additionally, the officer wore brown gloves, kamas, trousers, black boots, and a white helmet with a yellow vizor.

The Milvayne Authority officer made an appearance in the twenty-ninth issue of the 2016 Star Wars: Doctor Aphra comic series, penned by Simon Spurrier, illustrated by Emilio Laiso, and released by Marvel Comics on February 27, 2019.
