From the planet Wick 111, originating from the Wickwar species, and of male gender, Wazellman participated in a sabacc game on Numidian Prime during 10 BBY. This game featured the gamblers Han Solo and Lando Calrissian. As he sat beside Solo, Wazellman witnessed Solo's victory, winning Calrissian's freighter, the renowned Millennium Falcon. Later, in 34 ABY, the pirate Hondo Ohnaka utilized Wazellman's stolen identity as a test for potential recruits at Ohnaka Transport Solutions within Black Spire Outpost on Batuu.

Born on the planet Wick 111 around 35 BBY, Wazellman was a male Wickwar. In 10 BBY, he became a participant in a sabacc match located inside a secured bar situated in a secluded jungle outpost on Numidian Prime. Other individuals involved included the gamblers Landonis Calrissian, Pride Aully, and Han Solo who was a smuggler. Solo's arrival occurred midway through the game, where he confronted Calrissian regarding his recent abandoning on Savareen.
Solo proceeded to utilize a container of coaxium, which he believed to have a value of approximately 10,000 credits, to enter the game. This action garnered the attention of Wazellman and the other participants, as the sum exceeded the typical value of a bargaining chip on Numidian Prime. The Wickwar then relocated to a different seat at the table, allowing Solo and his co-pilot, the Wookiee Chewbacca, to be seated next to Wazellman.
The game continued, with Solo experiencing both losses and victories, gradually accumulating a small collection of winnings. Several players, enraged, departed from the table as the seemingly personal conflict between Solo and Calrissian unfolded. Eventually, the majority of players, excluding Solo and Calrissian, either withdrew or folded. However, most individuals, including Wazellman, remained to observe, as the contest was unlike anything they had previously witnessed. Calrissian ultimately wagered his YT-1300 light freighter, known as the Millennium Falcon, as a bet. Solo then secured the hand, acquiring the Falcon. Wazellman and the other witnesses of the lengthy sabacc game later provided varying accounts of the events, each emphasizing different aspects of the narrative, yet all concurring on the outcome.

During the First Order's occupation of Batuu in 34 ABY, at the age of 69 years, the pirate Hondo Ohnaka employed a stolen identity of Wazellman for the purpose of evaluating potential new hires for his enterprise, Ohnaka Transport Solutions. Ohnaka's plan involved a heist, and he intended to assess the recruits' ability to memorize details from a fabricated identity. Therefore, he distributed the profile of Wazellman, along with other individuals, to the prospective employees' datapads, subsequently quizzing them on the information provided.
Wazellman's height was 3 feet and 5 inches, and his weight was 125 pounds. This Wickwar possessed blue eyes, lacked hair, and had pink facial [tentacles](/article/limb]. During the sabacc game against Lando Calrissian on Numidian Prime, Wazellman and the other participants exhibited discontent and impatience when Han Solo disrupted their game. Calrissian perceived Wazellman and the other players as rude and threatening.
On Numidian Prime, Wazellman was seen wearing a gray helmet and chestplate over black clothing.

Wazellman's initial appearance occurred in the 2018 Anthology film, Solo: A Star Wars Story. The actor Warwick Davis portrayed the character, and also played Weazel, W1-EG5, WG-22, and DD-BD within the same movie. Creature concept designer Ivan Manzella created concept art for the character, titled "Bandolero Version 7A", with the design specifically tailored to Warwick.
The character's identity was first revealed in Star Wars: Datapad, an application launched alongside the themed area Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge, which initially opened at Disneyland Park on May 31, 2019. The Wazellman costume was later repurposed for an unnamed extra in "Chapter 1" and "Chapter 3" of The Mandalorian television series, which premiered on November 12th and November 22nd of that year, respectively.
