Fori Nagor, a female Twi'lek, entered the world around 407 BBY. Approximately in 381 BBY, she made her way to a public house situated in the oldest settlement found on the planet Dantooine. It was there that she spotted Marda Ro, the leader of the Evereni pirates, and was taken aback upon recognizing Ro's species. As the Evereni woman departed the public house, Nagor shadowed her into a nearby alley, where Ro awaited the Twi'lek. Ro confronted Nagor and extended an invitation to join her pirate group. Nagor accepted this proposition and began collaborating with the human Milan Stor.
Sometime after 379 BBY, Nagor, along with Stor, and the Kessurian duo Esstrop and Kortanio, all under Ro's command, launched an assault on a refugee camp. After capturing the refugees, they transported them to Ro's ship, the Gaze Electric, where Nagor presented their captives to Ro. Ro, however, was incensed by the act of capturing other beings and instructed Nagor to release them at the subsequent spaceport, with the exception of a green-skinned man. Furthermore, she cautioned the Twi'lek against future captures, advising Nagor to instead recruit new raiders if needed.
Subsequently, Nagor successfully recruited more pirates. Some time later, her team engaged in a firefight with system security forces, resulting in the death of two of Nagor's raiders. Later on, Ro made mention of the Twi'lek in journal entries intended for her descendants, which her great-great-grandson Marchion Ro would listen to by 252 BBY.

Born around 407 BBY, Fori Nagor was a female member of the Twi'lek species. Around 381 BBY, Nagor found herself in the oldest settlement located on the planet Dantooine, where she decided to visit a local public house. It was in this establishment that she encountered Marda Ro, the Evereni individual who would become the founder of a pirate organization that would eventually evolve into the infamous Nihil. Ro was there seeking out others of her species. As Ro passed by, Nagor recognized her as an Evereni. She paused briefly, her eyes widening in surprise, before resuming her walk.
Upon Ro's departure from the public house, Nagor followed her into an alleyway, halting when she noticed Ro had stopped and turned to face her. Ro brandished a stave wrapped in mynock leather and questioned Nagor's intentions. Nagor explained that she had heard tales of the Evereni and was simply curious to touch Ro. In response, Ro extended an offer to join her pirate band. Nagor accepted, but only in exchange for a kiss. She was then brought aboard Ro's vessel, the Gaze Electric.
Becoming one of Ro's raiders, Nagor worked in tandem with the human Milan Stor. They utilized her ship for their operations, seeking opportunities for smuggling and theft. Occasionally, they participated in larger raids, assisted by the Kessurian partners Esstrop and Kortanio.

One such raid occurred no earlier than 379 BBY, targeting a refugee camp. Finding no valuable possessions among the refugees, the marauders opted to capture the refugees themselves. Upon returning to the Gaze Electric, Nagor escorted the captured refugees to the ship's throne hall, where she presented them to Ro. Ro, upon seeing the refugees, was enraged by the actions of Nagor and the other raiders.
Ro questioned the refugees about their potential abilities to use the Force. While awaiting a response, her assistant Alirya approached and knelt beside her. Receiving no answer, Ro threatened to leave their fate to her raiders and a green-skinned man eventually admitted to being Force-sensitive. Ro then announced to the remaining refugees that they could join her group if they wished, otherwise they would be released at the next spaceport. She then approached Nagor and, brandishing a knife against her lekku, ordered her to never capture other beings again. Nagor reluctantly agreed and led the refugees away, leaving only Ro, Alirya, and the man in the throne hall. Following Nagor's departure, Ro took the man to the Great Leveler, a monster that consumed the Living Force.
Following the refugee incident, Nagor rose to lead a team of raiders under Ro's command. This team became embroiled in a conflict with system security forces, resulting in the deaths of two team members during their escape. As a result, the Gaze Electric was withdrawn from known systems, and Ro's group maintained a low profile for a period. The team remained active by the time Ro hosted a feast in the throne hall during the visit of the Evereni twins Vika and Velya Faer, with a member of the team preparing finger cakes for the occasion. Later, Ro created a recording for her descendants, in which she mentioned Nagor. By 252 BBY, during his formative years, Ro's great-great-grandson Marchion Ro had listened to her journal, including the entries that mentioned Nagor.
Nagor possessed pink skin and a scar on her forehead. Her teeth were sharp, although less so than those of the Evereni. During her initial encounter with Ro, she wore black lipstick. Nagor was slightly taller than Ro, who stood at 1.68 meters (5 ft 6 in), primarily due to her lekku. She was the first individual brought aboard the Gaze Electric by Ro who had no prior knowledge of the Path of the Open Hand, a cult Ro had once been affiliated with. Nagor held no reservations about the concept of slavery and readily participated in the capture of refugees against their will, despite her species' historical experience with enslavement.
Nagor adorned the base of her lekku with dark lace. She typically wore clothing common among traders and smugglers, consisting of a jumpsuit equipped with numerous pockets and straps for carrying weapons and tools. She also possessed a blaster and her own ship.
Fori Nagor made appearances in flashbacks within the short story "A Closed Fist Has No Claws," authored by Tessa Gratton and featured in the 2023 young-adult anthology The High Republic: Tales of Light and Life, as part of the larger Star Wars: The High Republic multimedia project.
