Raddus' task force
Raddus' task force was a task force of the Alliance to Restore the Republic. Admiral Raddus put it together after he disobeyed directives from Alliance High Command. He went to Scarif, a planet heavily defended by the Galactic Empire, hoping to seize the plans for the Death Star, a planet-destroying weapon. This task force was organized into three distinct units, providing assistance to Red Squadron, Gold Squadron, and Green Squadron. Meanwhile, Blue Squadron carried out an infiltration mission on the Golan M3185 space station that served as the Scarif Shield Gate.
The MC75 Star Cruiser known as the Profundity functioned as the flagship for this task force. It received assistance from three EF76 Nebulon-B escort frigates, various CR90 corvettes, several Sphyrna-class Hammerhead corvette ships, a selection of Braha'tok-class gunships, and a multitude of GR-75 medium transports.
