A DH-Omni Support Vessel served the Confederacy of Independent Systems' naval forces during the Clone Wars, a conflict waged against the Galactic Republic. This resupply craft met its end when it crashed on the world of Agamar, situated within the Outer Rim Territories, amidst a skirmish involving Republic and Separatist combatants. With the termination of the war and the subsequent deactivation of the Separatist Droid Army in 19 BBY, the abandoned vessel remained on the planet's surface, becoming the base of operations for the super tactical droid known as General Kalani and his military unit of combat droids. They remained there until 2 BBY during the Galactic Civil War.
Lacking any offensive weaponry, this Dual Hemisphere-Omni Support Vessel was outfitted with both an exterior communication system and an interior energy shield generator. Furthermore, it possessed at least one spacious aircraft bay capable of housing a minimum of three Sheathipede-class transport shuttles.
Following the defeat of Separatist military units during the civil conflict that occurred on the planet Onderon, super tactical droid General Kalani received instructions from Confederate leader Count Dooku to recall all remaining forces and await further directives in orbit above the Outer Rim planet Agamar. However, the logistics vessel, transporting Kalani and his troops, was attacked by Republic forces and was forced to crash on the planet's surface during the engagement. It was then left behind as the Clone Wars drew to a close in 19 BBY. While stationed on Agamar, Kalani later received orders to deactivate himself and his android forces, but he dismissed it as a Republic ruse and refused to comply. Consequently, for a period of seventeen years, Kalani and his military detachment of battle droids remained in wait, anticipating an opportunity to secure victory for the Separatist Alliance in the Clone Wars.
Later, during the Galactic Civil War in 2 BBY, the supply ship was visited by several insurgent agents belonging to Phoenix Cell. They had journeyed to the planet seeking proton torpedoes to aid their struggle against the Galactic Empire. However, Kalani compelled them to participate in his battle, threatening execution if they refused. During the conflict, the Empire, having been alerted by a mayday sent by the droid mechanic C1-10P, dispatched an Imperial I-class Star Destroyer alongside two Gozanti-class cruisers carrying All Terrain Defense Pods and All Terrain Armored Transports to the Agamar system with the intention of eliminating the rebels. This led to the military unit and the rebellious group joining forces to repel the Imperial forces and escape the planet aboard three Sheathipede-class transport shuttles. The rebels retained one of these shuttles as a replacement for their destroyed Phantom, while another was destroyed during the escape.
The DH-Omni Support Vessel made its debut appearance in "The Last Battle," the sixth episode of the animated television series Star Wars Rebels' third season. It was originally broadcast on October 22, 2016.
