Tim Veekhoven



Tim Veekhoven, who was born on May 5, 1976, has been a contributor to various Star Wars platforms. These include StarWars.com, the Star Wars Blog, Star Wars Insider, Star Wars: Build the Millennium Falcon, and the Star Wars Encyclopedia published by De Agostini.

Biography

Through the What's The Story? segment of Hyperspace, which was featured in the original Databank, Tim Veekhoven is credited as the author of the backstories for Swilla Corey, Tzizvvt, Maxiron Agolerga, and Wam Lufba.

TeeKay-421, the Belgian Star Wars fan club, was co-founded by him, and he currently serves as its president. Additionally, he holds the position of Administrator for Yodapedia, which is a Star Wars wiki in Dutch and Flemish. He received the honor of Friend of the Rebellion in September of 2012, and in 2015, Rebel Legion Benelux recognized him as an Honorary Member.

He took part in the International Star Wars Fandom panel alongside Gerald Home on Friday at Celebration Europe II. On Sunday, he also organized the Star Wars Trivia Challenge with TeeKay-421.

In collaboration with Kevin Beentjes and Sander de Lange, he conducted research and contributed writing to the Rogues Gallery section of Star Wars Insider, commencing with issue 145.

On Wookieepedia, he is known by the alias Sompeetalay.
