Corv, a human male, functioned as an attendant within the Imperial Security Bureau of the Galactic Empire, serving under Lieutenant Supervisor Dedra Meero. In the year 5 BBY, Corv, alongside fellow Attendant Heert, was tasked with retrieving Syril Karn, a disgraced lawman, for an interview with Meero. This interview concerned an individual Karn had encountered, whom the supervisor referred to as "Axis." Corv was present during Karn's interrogation. Later, after the Empire apprehended a rebel pilot, Corv investigated an Imperial masking unit that the pilot had utilized.
Subsequently, Corv infiltrated the planet Ferrix to spy on the former residence of Cassian Andor, a fugitive thief. Maarva Andor, Cassian's mother, still resided there. Corv observed Maarva's declining health and eventual death from a distance, relaying this information to Meero along with details about the approaching Ferrixian [funeral](/article/funeral] customs. In addition to monitoring the Andor household and its visitors, Corv also interrogated Bix Caleen, a traumatized prisoner, regarding whether Anto Kreegyr, a rebel leader, was also Axis, but he could not confirm the connection.
When Meero arrived on Ferrix with the intention of capturing Cassian at his mother's funeral, Corv accompanied her around Ferrix City. They subsequently met with Captain Vanis Tigo and Lieutenant Merzin Keysax to discuss the upcoming funeral. Corv resumed surveillance of the Andor residence, but joined the funeral procession when it commenced earlier than Tigo had authorized. He also obtained information about Cassian's location from Nurchi, his informant, which he passed on to Meero and Tigo. While assisting in the search for Cassian, Corv scanned the funeral crowd until a riot against Tigo's forces erupted. As the riot intensified, Corv retreated down an alleyway, where he was followed and killed by Cinta Kaz, an undercover waiter.
During the reign of the Galactic Empire, the successor to the Galactic Republic, Corv, a human male, was an attendant in the Imperial Security Bureau, working for Lieutenant Supervisor Dedra Meero in the Investigations branch. Like his superiors, he was based at the ISB Central Office on Coruscant, the capital planet. In 5 BBY, Meero dispatched Corv and fellow Attendant Heert to the Imperial Bureau of Standards to collect Syril Karn, a disgraced Deputy Inspector from Pre-Mor Enforcement. The supervisor wanted to interview the former lawman concerning an incident on Ferrix in the Morlani system, where he encountered Cassian Andor, a thief, and an unknown buyer of stolen Imperial equipment, dubbed "Axis." She believed Axis was central to a rebel network. In reality, Axis was Luthen Rael, the revolutionary leader. At the Bureau of Standards' Coruscant office, Flob, the resident staff supervisor, directed Corv and Heert to Karn, who they then escorted back to the ISB Central Office.

Karn was placed in an interrogation room for his interview with Meero, while Corv and Heert observed from outside. During the interview, Karn revealed he hadn't been able to read the report on the Ferrix incident before his dismissal. Consequently, Meero and Heert had to leave for another meeting. As they departed, Meero instructed Corv to provide Karn with the report. Upon their return, Corv witnessed Meero further questioning Karn about Axis before dismissing him. As Corv and Heert headed for the door, Karn pleaded to assist in finding Andor and Axis, but was told to stay out of the ISB's affairs. Meero left Corv to escort Karn out.
On Ferrix, Meero, aided by Doctor Gorst, interrogated Bix Caleen, a mechanic suspected of communicating with Axis and connecting him to Andor. After a tortured Caleen revealed what she knew, Meero, accompanied by Heert and Corv, attended an ISB Board meeting, presenting her findings to Major Lio Partagaz and her fellow supervisors. Later, the Empire captured a rebel pilot using a stolen Imperial masking unit. While Heert had Gorst interrogate the pilot, Corv confirmed the unit's theft from a naval yard in Lozash, outside Meero's jurisdiction. Heert then relayed this information to the ISB Board.

Corv was subsequently deployed undercover to spy on Maarva Andor, Cassian's mother, in Ferrix's town, as her health declined. Dressed in civilian clothing, he was directed to the Andor household by a local, where he observed Jezzi bringing Doctor Mullmoy to assist the elderly woman. Corv also employed Nurchi, a junk dealer familiar with Cassian and his associates, as an informant.
When Maarva passed away, her body was taken from the Andor household, past civilians paying their respects. Corv observed this from Nicola's, a cafe across the street. As Cinta Kaz, a waiter, collected dirty cups, Corv acknowledged Maarva's death and inquired if Kaz knew her. Kaz, who had only started working there the week before, was secretly a rebel agent tasked with assassinating Cassian.

After learning about Ferrixian funeral traditions, Corv reported to the Imperial headquarters on Ferrix, a former hotel. He informed Meero of Maarva's death, along with Captain Vanis Tigo, the Imperial prefect on Ferrix, and Lieutenant Merzin Keysax. Tigo noted that Maarva's status meant the town would likely hold a public [funeral](/article/funeral]. Meero ordered them to allow a reduced funeral, intending to use it as bait for Cassian. On Meero's end, Heert inquired about the funeral's timing, and Corv replied that two days was customary. He further explained that Maarva's ashes would be used to create an engraved brick for a memorial wall.
Later, Corv observed Brasso, a grappler, entering the Andor household from the cafe. Recognizing Brasso, he ordered his spotters via comlink to monitor the front and back of the residence and report all activity. That night, he had Caleen brought in for another interrogation, still traumatized from Gorst's previous torture. At a holotable, Corv showed her an image of Anto Kreegyr and questioned if he was Axis, threatening Gorst's return if she lied. Caleen broke down, and Corv couldn't link Kreegyr to Axis.

Meero arrived on Ferrix to execute her plan to capture Cassian at the funeral. At the Imperial headquarters, Corv met with her, and they planned for Meero to walk around town in civilian clothes with Corv. After briefing Tigo, she and Corv walked through the busy streets. Unbeknownst to them, Kaz followed, having identified them as ISB agents. The next day, Corv, Meero, Tigo, and Keysax discussed the funeral plans around a holotable displaying the town's layout. They then moved to a balcony to give Meero a view of Rix Road, the main street for the funeral.
When Tigo mentioned the Daughters of Ferrix's involvement, Meero inquired about them. Corv explained their role as a social club, of which Maarva was a past president. Later, Corv, positioned on a balcony near the Andor household with caf](/article/caf), saw Rashi emerge with Maarva's droid B2EMO, realizing it wasn't Brasso. He immediately informed the guard via comm that they'd been tricked, questioning Brasso's whereabouts.

Contrary to the Empire's permitted schedule, the town's "Time Grappler" signaled the start of Maarva's funeral procession at midday. A marching band began playing, and civilians followed, with Corv joining the growing procession. Kaz trailed him from a distance. As Corv moved through the crowd, Nurchi demanded double his reward and a ride out of town. Corv asked if Nurchi had found Cassian, and Nurchi responded by asking to be arrested as a bluff. Corv obliged, taking Nurchi to a trooper checkpoint and then to the Imperial headquarters.
Inside, Nurchi told the Imperials that Cassian was in a building across the street from the former hotel, which Corv pointed out to Tigo and Meero. Corv accompanied Meero to the building's entrance, where two death troopers secured the bottom of a ladder. Corv climbed the ladder, drawing a DL-44 heavy blaster pistol, but found the room empty. Meanwhile, the marching band formed a circle in Rix Road's Fountain Square, with hundreds of civilians gathering around and Imperial security troopers forming a blockade before the Imperial headquarters.
After parting with Meero, Corv continued searching for Andor, scanning the buildings while pushing through the crowd. B2EMO projected a hologram of Maarva's final message, condemning the Empire's occupation of Ferrix and urging the residents to fight back. Tigo intervened, pushing the droid over, which triggered a riot. While the crowd initially failed to breach the troopers' blockade, Wilmon Paak threw a [pipe bomb](/article/pipe_bomb] at the Imperials, detonating a box of C-25 fragmentation grenades and causing explosions along Rix Road.

Amidst the chaos, Tigo ordered his stormtroopers to fire on the Ferrixians as the riot intensified. Corv retreated down an alleyway, followed by Kaz. This time, Corv noticed her and questioned her presence. As he moved to corner her, she stabbed him in the chest with a knife. Shocked, Corv collapsed against the wall, and Kaz stabbed him again before fleeing. Corv died, and Kaz closed the door on his body before returning to her apartment to leave with Vel Sartha. Sartha noticed Corv's blood on Kaz's hands, initially thinking Kaz was injured until she clarified its origin.
Corv had light skin, black hair, and brown eyes. In his Imperial uniform, he typically stood at ease, awaiting instructions. Undercover on Ferrix, he maintained constant surveillance on the Andor household and its visitors, reporting on Brasso's visits and briefly observing passersby. When Rashi appeared instead of Brasso, he sternly ordered for Brasso's location to be determined.

Corv was knowledgeable about Ferrixian traditions and social dynamics, which he shared with his colleagues. During Caleen's interrogation, he made his expectations clear and threatened further torture by Gorst if he believed she was lying. He also crouched beside her, tightening his jaw when she broke down. When he noticed Kaz following him during the riot, he confronted her calmly but threateningly, only to be shocked when she fatally stabbed him.

Corv wore a gray Imperial officer's uniform with black breeches, two code cylinders, and a rank insignia plaque with two blue tiles, standard for ISB attendants. He sometimes wore a black Imperial kepi with an officer's disk. Undercover on Ferrix, he wore gray clothing with a maroon scarf and a gray and green coat. He also wore a green hat, gray trousers, and boots, and carried a comlink and a DL-44 heavy blaster pistol.
Corv debuted in "Narkina 5," the eighth episode of the first season of the Disney+ series Andor, released on October 26, 2022. He was first shown in the show's teaser trailer on May 27 of that year. His name was revealed in a since-deleted Getty Images asset release by Walt Disney Studios on August 1. Noof Ousellam portrayed the character. Ousellam considered working in Star Wars a lifelong ambition, as the films inspired him to become an actor from a young age.
